CUP CAKE BIRTHDAY

Hi everyone. I made today's card for the Retro Sketches challenge. They has a great sketch this week and I plan on using it at my next club meet. the girls will love it

Here is the card I created.

I just love the way this turned out. I wasn't going to add the sequins but some how I got a spot of black ink on it, I didn't even have the black ink out. But I'm glad it happened cause they add a nice bling.
I used Stampin' Up cupcake punch and stamp. the paper is from DCWV
