Thinking of you

Hi everyone,
We had a pretty bad storm early today and my internet was out. But now the sun is shinning and all is well.
Today I'm playing along with Sunday Stamps. Another great sketch to play with.

Here's the card I came up with

At first I stamped my butterfly and heat embossed it. Then with the coluzzle I cut part of an oval and finished cuting the wings by hand. I thought it would make the butterfly look like it was alive. Well it didn't, so I stamped another one and heat emboss it.  I cut out only the wings this time and glued them to the body of the first one. Oh yea it's flying. I think the butterfly is a retired Stampin up. I bought at a shoe box swap and it was in a Stampin' Up box. The DSP is from the comfort cafe' collection. the card base is Midnight Muse. I embossed the very vanilla with the hounds tooth folder. My sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and punch that out with the window punch. I then mounded everything with Summer Starfruit. I colored the tips of the wings and the body with Cajun Craze and with a blender pen washed in a little Summer starfruit. I like how it came out and I hope you like it too.
Thanks for stopping by and as always HAPPY STAMPING
