Today's card is for the Friday Mashup. It's Heidi's week and I think she's picking on me. She would like to see us use the watercolor technique and mash it up with a CAS layout. I'm OK with the CAS part of this challenge. It's the watercolor part that gets me. With water coloring you just can't stay inside the lines. But I did it and it's not to bad
I water washed my back ground with Real Red and Daffodil Delight inks.That's the easy part.
I used Old Olive for the card base.I don't know the name of the stamp companies . The dragonfly's wings are water colored with Old Olive and Marina Mist inks. That's the hard part. The ink just won't stay inside the lines. I know, I know it's not suppose to. But it bugs the heck out of me. OK I'm over it now
I added 3 sequins to finish it off.
