Butterflies

Good morning everyone,
I hope you all had a great weekend. We sure did. The weather was beautiful. We actually got to sit outside for awhile yesterday, a rare treat for us.
Today I'm playing along with The Friday Mashup challenge. They are celebrating their 100th challenge. How cool is that ! Congrats ladies! I also want to say thank you for chosing my baby bib card last week for the glamette

I decided to use Challenge #5

I played along with this challenge and was pick as a glamette. I was so excited. This is the the card I created then.I didn't even have my blog yet.

Here is the new card I made for this challenge.

This time I used heat embossing instead of dry embossing. I heat embossed the Swallowtail stamp with clear embossing powder on Whisper White and then sponged it with Rich Razzleberry ink. The small butterflies are from Papillon Potpourri and matching punches. The sentiment is from the Field Flowers set. All it needed was some gems on the butterflies and attached to a Rich Razzleberry card. I think it came out so pretty.
I hope you like my card.
Please stop back again soon.
HAPPY STAMPING

Oh Karen is such a pretty card. I entered the Friday Mashup challenge and was looking at all the cards and noticed yours and just had to come by and tell you how beautiful I thought your card was. Good luck in the challenge. I am your newest follower, I would love it if you would become one of mine too!

I remember your first card for that challenge and how stunning it was, and your new card is just as pretty! I just love the butterflies, that big one for the background really pops!

Thanks for being a faithful Mashup player Karen, and thanks for joining us for the 100th Challenge celebration!

Wow Karen, your card is gorgeous. I really love what you did with the butterfly in the background, and the addition of the other butterflies brings everything together.Let me tell you that you deserved to be a glamette with the first card. Great job!
Thanks for playing along with us at the Friday Mashup this week!
