Birthday for two

Hi everyone,
It's pretty darn snowy here in the boonies. Here's what I'm seeing outside my window. Beautiful isn't it.

I got off the mountain today for a little bit. but seems like everyone was off their mountains too. So many cars and so many people, So glad to be home.
Well I have two Birthday cards to show you today. The first one is for my son-in-law. There is no challenge for this one. I just want to show it off. It's a take off one I seen on Pinterest.

This one is for two challenges
Make My Monday and CAS(E) this Sketch

Here is the card I made

All my supplies for both cards were from Stampin' Up. Except the big black button in the middle of my pink flower, I followed that in my button stash.
I hope you like my cards and will stop back again soon.
HAPPY STAMPING

This is a stunning card... so pretty a colour combo and the embossed background looks really graceful.

I think we got the same snow the other day - it looked beautiful on the trees (but I'll be even happier when it's all gone!) I love that you lowered the sketch to change it up a bit! Thanks so much for playing along with us at CAS(E) This Sketch this week!
