I'm back with challenge card # 45. Today I'm playing along with the paper lovin' gals. This is an inspirational challenge. Here is the picture they gave us to work with.
I love the soft pinks in this picture. So I decided to play with that and of course the hearts. I also added some close to cocoa. Why did they retire this color? It's one of my favorites.
Supplies I used are:
from Stampin' Up- Close to cocoa card stock and ink. Heart, Oval, and Modern label punches, the Northern flurry embossing folder, and Fashionable hearts embosslit.
Other supplies are DCWV paper, Satin ribbon, a Glitter brad from the Angel Company, and Spellbinder Scallop and circle dies.
I used the northern flurry embossing folder on my hearts. It really doesn't look like a snowflake. It just looks like a nice texture.
I hope you like my card. Please be sure to stop back.
HAPPY STAMPING
Ohhh ... Karen... I love this!! Pink and Brown are my absolute favorite color combo!! This is such a pretty card. I think I might see about changing the end date of our challenges to Wednesday. You are the not the first one that thought they had time. So stay tuned! Hope to see you next challenge... and just know that I love your card!! :-)
