My first card is for Merry Monday. What a great sketch and what am I going to do come November when I usually make my christmas cards
Here is the card I came up with.
My card is Old Olive with a touch of Real Red. I really like how it came out. The stamp sets are Holiday line up and So many sayings. I used the snowflake embossing folder and oval punches. I also used the window punch and the modern label punch. I colored my image with markers and add a little flocking to their hats.
For card number 2 I'm playing along with Sweet Sunday sketch. This one was a challenge for me. I had a stamp set in mind and there was no changing it.
Here's what I came up with.
This is a 5" x 5" card. I used Old olive, Pretty in pink, And Whisper white. The stamp sets are Garden from the heart and Well scripted. On the pink strip I embossed using the Perfect dots folder. The images are all water colored.and a silk bow finishes it off.
Now for Card number 3:
This one is for Freshly made Sketches. I actually made two cards, because my first one was UGLY. I wanted to get away from flowers and hearts. Maybe do something manly. So I went with a fishing theme. But no, you shouldn't try to force yourself out of the flower mode. I am happy with my second one. After all it's flowers and hearts. Here is the sketch.
I love this sketch and the design team did some great cards with it. Here is my card.
My colors are Real red, Marina mist, Old olive, and Whisper white. The stamp sets I used are Mixed bunch
( my new all time favorite ), It's a wrap holiday, and Short and sweet. I added a little texture using Love words and Perfect dots folders. All my stamping is heat embossed and the leaves are die cut using Spellbinder dies.
Well that's my cards and I have now made 57 challenge cards for the year. I think I will end up making my 365 challenge cards goal.
I hope you liked my cards and please stop back again.
