I'll be posting my challenge cards in the evening for awhile. My husband just went on second shift, so I'll be spending my days with him. And doing my playing at night.
I'm on challenge card number 71 for the year. Today I'm playing along with The Simply Stampin' Challenge.
The challenge this week is LACE. I don't have any real lace in my stash, but I do know how to make it from paper. So here is the card I created using paper lace
The flower was made using a stamp from the Vintage Label set stamped in Melon Mambo and scallop punched so it would look like a doily. I cut into the center of each scallop and added a button to make it look like a flower. I then add a few leaves die cut from a scrap of Baja Breeze, to match my card base. My lace was made using the Eyelet Border punch and a ribbon punch. 1/8" grosgrain ribbon in 2 colors of pink was added and tied into a bow. I used the Label Framelit and stamped it with a stamp from the On Your Birthday Set in Baja Breeze.
I sure hope you like my card. Please stop back again
HAPPY STAMPING
